I appreciated staff and location - they were good. Nice beds and central heating, a refrigerator and a writing table. Got wake up calls for free, did n't expect that. It was located in a pretty comfortable area very close to the highway, the interstate 325, downtown, stores and restaurants.

It was superb time in Austin. Efficient check-in, gentle staff, budget room. We got free cereals, fruit, butter and pastries for breakfast. Premium cocktails, wines and beers in the tapas bar, secure parking place.

The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff is very smiling, and the room is appropriate. Delicious breakfast, good service.

Pleasant property with a good hot breakfast. The hotel has ideal location close enough to restaurants and the main attractions and the highway. Comfortable bedroom with a spacious bathroom. The staff were fabulous and the pool was nice

Hotel is enchanting, unbeatable location, best staff. North Loop district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had an excellent stay. Our room had a large bed and a decent view. Easy check-in, late check-out.

The whole experience was TERRIFIC. The staff were not rude and the room was reasonably priced and luxurious. Central heating, cable channels and a writing desk in the room and the amazing bed. Breakfast was savoury, we liked it. Service was very friendly throughout our stay.
